Braucht Nolivi Internet?
Nein, nicht zum Aufnehmen, Bearbeiten, Exportieren und Komprimieren. Nolivi hat gar keine Internet-Berechtigung. Für Installation, Updates und Käufe über Google Play braucht dein Handy Internet.
Wo sind meine fertigen Videos?
In deiner Galerie. Projekte und Clips liegen in der App auf deinem Handy.
Wie nehme ich meine Projekte auf ein neues Handy mit?
Erstelle vorher in den Einstellungen von Nolivi ein Backup. Das ist eine ZIP-Datei, die du an einem Ort deiner Wahl speicherst, und auf dem neuen Handy liest du sie wieder ein. Die Datei ist nicht verschlüsselt. Eigene Musik ist nicht im Backup enthalten, nur die Verknüpfung zu ihr.
Was passiert, wenn ich die App deinstalliere?
Projekte und Clips in der App sind dann weg, außer du hast ein Backup oder den Schutzordner eingerichtet. Exportierte Videos in der Galerie bleiben. Deinstalliere Nolivi deshalb nicht, um ein Problem zu lösen.
Ich habe einen Clip gelöscht. Kann ich ihn zurückholen?
Ja, 30 Tage lang aus dem Papierkorb.
Was ist der Schutzordner?
Ein Ordner, den du selbst wählst. Nolivi legt dort Kopien deiner Medien ab, damit sie auch eine Deinstallation überstehen.
Warum ist meine Musik im Export nicht zu hören?
Nolivi verknüpft deine Musik nur mit der Datei auf deinem Handy. Wurde die Datei gelöscht, verschoben oder liegt sie nur in einer Cloud, exportiert Nolivi ohne Musik und sagt dir das. Musik aus Streaming-Apps wie Spotify ist verschlüsselt und lässt sich nicht verwenden.
Darf ich die App während des Exports verlassen?
Ja. Der Export läuft weiter und zeigt seinen Fortschritt als Benachrichtigung. Erlaube dafür die Benachrichtigungen.
Was macht der Kompressor?
Er erstellt eine kleinere Kopie deines Fotos oder Videos. Das Original wird nie überschrieben. Lässt sich eine Datei nicht sinnvoll verkleinern, bleibt nur das Original.
Welche Berechtigungen braucht Nolivi?
Kamera und Mikrofon für Aufnahmen und Benachrichtigungen für den Export. Keine Standort-, Kontakte- oder Speicherberechtigung.
Wie melde ich ein Problem?
Schreib an nolivi@scheglovlabs.de oder tippe in der App unter Einstellungen auf „Support kontaktieren". Hilfreich sind: was du gemacht hast, was du erwartet hast, was stattdessen passiert ist, Android-Version, Handymodell und die Nolivi-Version (in Android unter Einstellungen › Apps › Nolivi).

Nolivi is a video editor for Android: combine photos and videos into a story, trim, add text, music, filters and transitions. Everything runs on your phone.
Does Nolivi need the internet?
No, not for recording, editing, exporting or compressing. Nolivi has no internet permission at all. Installing, updating and buying via Google Play need an internet connection on your phone.
Where are my finished videos?
In your gallery. Projects and clips stay inside the app on your phone.
How do I move my projects to a new phone?
Create a backup in Nolivi's settings first. It is an unencrypted ZIP file you save wherever you like; import it on the new phone. Your own music is not included, only the link to it.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Projects and clips inside the app are gone unless you have a backup or a protected folder. Exported videos in your gallery remain. Please don't uninstall Nolivi to fix a problem.
Can I get a deleted clip back?
Yes, from the trash, for 30 days.
What is the protected folder?
A folder you choose where Nolivi keeps copies of your media so they survive an uninstall.
Why is my music missing from the export?
Nolivi only links to the music file on your phone. If it was deleted, moved or lives only in a cloud, Nolivi exports without music and tells you. Music from streaming apps such as Spotify is encrypted and cannot be used.
Can I leave the app while exporting?
Yes. The export keeps running and shows its progress as a notification; please allow notifications.
What does the compressor do?
It creates a smaller copy of your photo or video. The original is never overwritten. If a file can't be meaningfully reduced, only the original remains.
Which permissions does Nolivi need?
Camera and microphone for recording, notifications for exports. No location, contacts or storage permission.
How do I report a problem?
Email nolivi@scheglovlabs.de or tap "Contact support" in the app's settings. Please tell us what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, your Android version, phone model and Nolivi version (Android Settings › Apps › Nolivi).
